LONDON (AFP) - She said she missed making the show and was keen to reprise her role as Rachel in a Thanksgiving special.
"I do at times miss it," the 37-year-old told Britain's Channel Four television.
"The only thing I can think of doing is maybe for fun doing a Thanksgiving episode. Our Thanksgiving episodes were really fun."
The final episode of the hugely successful sitcom was broadcast in May 2004 after a 10-year run.
Reunions have been rumoured in the past and Aniston's co-star Courteney Cox, who played Monica, has recently said she could envisage a Thanksgiving get-together.
Aniston broke down in tears during the interview, which touched on her love life and broken marriage to Brad Pitt.
Last month she told a British newspaper that she hoped to be friends again one day with her ex-husband, whom she said she would love forever.
She said she harboured no bitterness about her high-profile break-up with Pitt, who ran off with actress Angelina Jolie.
Aniston is said to be romantically involved with Vince Vaughn, her co-star in the film "The Break Up."
But she would only tell Channel Four: "He's a great man, he's a great friend, he's a great actor and so much fun."
