She accessorized with Christian Louboutin heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewels - shoulder dusting earrings and multiple statement rings in her right hand that included a snake ring.

She used pale pinks and apricots for her eyes and cheeks, multiple coats of black mascara, a nude lip liner and a beige lipstick.
Her hair was styled by Michel Aleman for Frederic Fekkai in a neat Fifties inspired up-do with a strong middle parting. To get the style Michel created a middle part and two pony tails at the back at ear level, ensuring the hair in front is smooth but pulled back softly. He teased each ponytail to create the volume and then brought together into one dramatic chignon.
Klum, 36, who walked the red carpet with singer husband Seal, joked that she would name her unborn daughter Emmy were she to win a gong!
"[We're having] a girl. I don't know her name yet. Maybe if we win today it will be Emmy," said the Project Runway host, who is due in October.
Seal, 46, said: "It's been a topic of debate for the last month. We can't quite figure it out.
"But I'm a firm believer in [thinking] she'll pop out and she'll tell you what she wants to be called."
Heidi was nominated in the Host for a Reality and Reality-competition Program category for Project Runway.
